Wallsend Town (Academy)

Northern Alliance club Wallsend Town now have a brand new youth section.

We are looking for children keen to play and take part from the ages of under 5's to under 18's both boys and girls, ability is not important.

We hope to use the famous Ajax positional rotation system and training techniques with our players from under 5's to under 12's where they will learn about and play in different positions every game.  This would guarantee to improve their technique and skill as well as encourage them to use both their left and right foot. An EXCELLENT FOOTBALLING EDUCATION

Our goal is to organise football for every child who lives in Wallsend and is interested in playing no matter what there ability, size, colour, gender or religion, with inclusion and enjoyment the key aim. The obvious knock on effect will be to produce and develop players for Wallsend town, who are technically able to play in any position from goalkeeper to centre-forward, and who are equally comfortable using both feet.

We also require coaches and volunteers to help run the teams. This is quite a new and exciting project as we hope to provide football for every child who expresses an interest.
